FCCI - Fellowship Of Companies For Christ International
FCCI is a global movement of Christian business leaders who help each other lead companies for Christ. The organization offers international conferences, as well as local group meetings of business owners.
Many Christian business leaders struggle to align their professional practices with their faith, often feeling isolated and unsure of how to lead with purpose.
They face the challenge of integrating Biblical principles into their decision-making processes while navigating the complexities of the business world. This disconnect can hinder their ability to create a positive impact in their organizations and communities.
The Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI) was started in 1977 in Atlanta, Georgia and grew to thousands of members throughout the world. The impact has been profound both internationally and locally.
The local chapter of FCCI was started here in the Reno-Tahoe area in 2000, and many of the original founding members still meet in weekly groups.

The Fellowship of Companies for Christ International (FCCI) is a Christian organization that helps business owners and leaders integrate their faith into their work.
Jim Johnson describes how FCCI started a local chapter in the Reno-Tahoe area in the year 2000. It resulted in bringing together business owners and leaders for weekly small group meetings centered around the “table” – a place for sharing challenges, seeking counsel, and supporting one another.
Jim shares the importance of peer-to-peer relationships and using the Bible as a guide for making business decisions. He also touches on how FCCI has impacted the local community and discusses the vision of having every Christian business owner involved in the larger goal of transforming their city for Christ.
