Child Evangelism Fellowship
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)is a Bible-centered, interdenominational, worldwide organization, composed of born-again believers whose purpose and mission are to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God, and establish them in a Bible-believing church for Christian living.
Founded in 1937, CEF is now the largest children’s ministry organization in the world, serving in nearly every country. Here in the United States, they minister to children in public elementary schools across all 50 states through programs such as Good News Club®.
Their desire is to come alongside local churches and partner together to reach children in our communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. As Matthew 18:14 reminds us, “It is not the will of my Father in heaven that any of these little ones should perish.”

Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) is a Bible-centered organization that aims to evangelize, disciple, and establish children in the Christian faith. The organization reaches over 25 million children worldwide each year through various programs, including Good News Clubs in public elementary schools, 5-day summer clubs, and fair ministry outreach.
Jennifer Arthur, the Northern Nevada Director of CEF, shares her personal journey of getting involved with the ministry and the training and support they provide to volunteers. She emphasizes the importance of reaching children at a young age, as most people come to faith during childhood. She explains the organization’s mission, programs, and the need for more volunteers and support from churches to continue their work of sharing the gospel with the next generation.
